I bought the 7-piece chonk d20 set to surprise-gift my gaming group so that everybody could have their own handful of ability check/saving throw/attack roll awesomeness. Originally, I miscounted and only specified SIX dice varieties in the order - David promptly contacted me for clarification, then contacted me again, and by the time I replied it had been almost a week since my order. I thought, ah crap I guess I'm waiting till Friday because I apparently can't count OR respond to e-mail...but then the package arrived on a Wednesday, no doubt because David was totally on top of things and set things in motion as soon as I (finally) got back to him.
AND WOW these are really nice, I must say. Also chonky. Crit failed on my first test roll but admittedly I was trying something completely stoopid so can confirm these dice definitely give you a number between one and twenty in a verifiably fair way. Totally picking my favorite (it's between Cerulean Cove and Goblin Treasure, I think) and then letting the group choose their own. Is David a person who is making a great product for nerds and following through with ultra-personal customer service? Yes, he is. Is it awesome to deal with that kind of person when your brain regularly betrays you? Yep. Money very well spent and now considering a full set of [insert pick here - still haven't decided].
